Most of the houses I work on here are early-1900s colonials around Fairmount and First Ward: beautiful bones, but settled foundations, original plaster, and the kind of plumbing that surprises you. The new Main Street apartment buildings throw a different mix at me - turnover patching, fixture swaps, tenant-move-in punch lists - so the truck stays stocked for both: skim-coat compound and period trim for the colonials, modern P-traps and shower cartridges for the new builds. If you're east of Main and your kitchen sink starts dripping at 9pm, I'm usually there in under 15 minutes.
